Theater and Dance Complex

The Theater and Dance Complex is a proposal for a new facility for the Ball State University Theater and Dance Department. With a growing program and aging spaces, the department sought new spaces which represent the life of the program. Located at the interface between the University and the 'Village' neighborhood to the south, the design presents an opportunity to invigorate the surrounding area. With three public theaters as well as academic spaces, the complex will generate a life of its own with students practicing and performing at all hours of the day and night.
